Policies

At Grey Rose Salon, we value both your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we ask that you review and respect our policies.

 

ONLINE BOOKING: When scheduling online, a deposit of 50% of your scheduled service(s) is required at the time of booking.* The deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule outside of our cancellation policy, your deposit will be rolled over to your future appointment(s) unless you request a refund. If you cancel within our 24-hour policy, your deposit will be used for your late cancellation fee. Lastly, if you no-show your appointment, your card will be charged the remainder of your total service(s) after the deposit (which is automatically kept for fees within the 24-hour policy).

*Consultations do not require a deposit; however, they do require a card on file.

 

24-HOUR NOTICE: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% charge of scheduled service.

 

NO-SHOW: Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

RUNNING LATE: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and it may be treated as a late cancellation.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unexpected situations.

 

CARDS ON FILE: Any card being used to book online including a deposit or putting a card on file and manual entry of card details at the salon's physical location will be held on file until the card's expiration date.

​

GRATUITY: Tips can be allocated to your stylist via cash or check. We are unable to accept tip on cards.

​

SERVICE SATISFACTION: If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, we ask that you let us refine or tweak your results within one week of your original service date. Of course we will work with you on timing, but please let us know within 7 business days. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

BRINGING FAMILY/FRIENDS: Space is limited in our hair salon seeing we are a smaller establishment. We understand that you may want to bring friends or family to your appointment;  however, for your safety and ours, we do ask you to limit the number of guests.
